You're working. Parenting. Making decisions. Getting things done.
But underneath it all, there's still so much you haven't quite made sense of.
The anger. The grief. The guilt. The questions you keep replaying. The parts of yourself you barely recognize.
You've talked to friends. Maybe gone to therapy. Read the books.
And still, there are things you haven't quite found the words for.
Maybe you don't need more advice.
Maybe you just need a little space away from everything you manage every day. Time for yourself, surrounded by women who understand, where you can finally hear yourself again.
One night. Twelve women. December 4–5. Near Port Perry.
Founding rate ends November 9.
I'm not a big talker on camera, but I wanted you to hear this in my own voice.
Here's what I'd tell you if we were sitting across from each other.
Captions are on if you'd rather watch without sound.

Women whose stories may be different from yours, but who understand something about what you've been through.
Women you can laugh with, have real conversations with, and simply be yourself around.
That's what this retreat is really about.
Shared meals. Conversations that go beyond small talk. Laughter around the fireplace. Those unexpected moments when someone says something and you think, "Oh my God, me too."
And perhaps the beginning of friendships that continue long after the weekend ends.
Coming alone? You're in good company.
This retreat is designed for women who may not know anyone else attending. We'll start gently, with plenty of opportunities to get comfortable and get to know one another.
You don't have to arrive knowing anyone or having anything figured out.
Just come as you are.

Get comfortable, explore the property, and meet the other women at your own pace.
Our first chance to gather around the table, share a meal, and start getting to know one another.
A gently guided conversation to move beyond small talk, share a little about ourselves, and begin building genuine connections. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with.
Gather by the fireplace, enjoy the hot tub, stay up chatting, or head to bed early. Whatever feels good.
Ease into the morning over breakfast and coffee together.
A gentle guided wellness experience, such as yoga, meditation, or mindful movement, to slow down, get out of your head, and reconnect with your body.
Good food and more time to connect.
Head out for a hike, enjoy the hot tub, journal by the fire, spend time with new friends, or simply relax.
One last chance to come together, reflect on our time, exchange contacts, and say goodbye. Hopefully, just for now.
Sample itinerary only. Activities and timing may change as we finalize the retreat. All guided activities are optional.

I can't promise that one weekend will make divorce easier or that you'll leave with everything figured out.
But here's what I hope you'll find.
The comfort of knowing you're not alone.
Women who understand something about what you've been through, and perhaps a few new friendships that continue long after the retreat.
A little more room to breathe.
Time away from everyday responsibilities, to relax, laugh, reflect, and simply enjoy yourself.
A stronger connection to yourself.
A chance to hear your own thoughts again, reconnect with what matters to you, and begin trusting yourself a little more.
You may return home to the same responsibilities and uncertainties.
But perhaps you'll feel a little lighter, a little more connected, and a little more certain that you'll be okay, even if you don't know exactly how yet.

I’m Tanya Fendrikov, author of Divorce Confessions and an ICF-certified coach. I created this because I’ve lived this experience myself, and I know how lonely this space can feel.
I’ll welcome you, guide our conversations, and make sure there’s room to relax, laugh, and connect. You don’t need to arrive with anything figured out.
More about me →“For the first time I was able to see the future with some optimism and I always left the sessions with a positive mindset.”

“She created a space where I could be completely honest, without judgement, and helped me find clarity in the middle of all the mess.”
“Tanya is very real and easy to connect with. I just wish I had come across her sooner.”
